NARAL Pro-Choice Nevada Announces Endorsement of Aaron Ford for Attorney General

Las Vegas, Nev. — Today, NARAL Pro-Choice Nevada announced their endorsement of Aaron Ford in his race to become Nevada’s next Attorney General. Ford has consistently fought to expand and defend access to reproductive healthcare for Nevada women, and NARAL’s 38,000 members throughout the Silver State will work tirelessly to make sure he is our next AG.

“Aaron Ford is a proven champion for women and families across Nevada and we are proud to support him in his race for Attorney General,” said Caroline Mello Roberson, State Director of NARAL Pro-Choice Nevada. “During his time in the state Senate, Ford fought to expand access to birth control, maintain barrier free access to preventative services, prenatal care, cancer screenings, and screenings for STD’s. We have no doubt he will defend the right of Nevada women to make their own medical decisions as Attorney General. On the flip side, his likely opponent Wes Duncan has made it clear that he will follow in the footsteps of his predecessor, Adam Laxalt, who has made it his personal mission to attack women’s healthcare at every opportunity.”
